What You’ll Do

Provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming home environment for an adult with IDD in your home.

Offer stability, companionship, and personalized support that empowers independence and celebrates individuality.

Forge meaningful connections and help foster strong community ties.

Collaborate with Alora and the individual’s support network to ensure quality care and ongoing success.

Who Can Apply?

Anyone over 18 who is authorized to work in the U.S.

All residents of the home must pass a comprehensive background check.

Salary Information

Salary for this position varies widely, as it is based on reimbursement for the supports you provide. Your actual earnings will depend on the number of individuals you support and their specific needs.
