Salary : $130,000 - $250,000 per year

• Competitive Base Salary Up to $250K+ (DOE)
• Bonuses :

– Non-Discretionary : $5K for 1,800 hrs, $10K for 1,900 hrs, $15K for 2,000 hrs

– Discretionary : Up to $20K depending on billables and originations
