Track record of collaboration and mentoring within fast-paced teams. About the Role
A rapidly growing AI company is seeking a Lead Software Engineer with deep expertise in Search and NLP to join its founding team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technical direction of core infrastructure, powering secure, enterprise-grade software for Fortune 500 companies' legal and risk departments.
What You Will Do
- Architect & Implement : Design complex Search infrastructure, including data pipelines, indexing systems, and query processing.
- Own Systems : Ensure stability, scalability, and performance across mission-critical platforms.
- Collaborate : Partner with product managers, AI researchers, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Optimize Performance : Identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Innovate : Research and adopt cutting-edge algorithms, technologies, and design patterns.
- Mentor : Guide and coach junior engineers on best practices, code quality, and technical problem-solving.
