We are also seeking experienced Snowplow Drivers and Equipment Operators to support our winter snow operations.
Team members will be responsible for plowing and de-icing commercial properties using company-supplied or contractor-supplied vehicles and equipment.
This is a seasonal, on-call position ideal for professionals who can operate safely and efficiently under winter weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities Operate snowplows, skid steers, loaders, or salt trucks to clear and treat parking lots and drive lanes.
Apply salt or other de-icing materials to maintain safe driving and walking conditions.
Complete assigned routes efficiently while minimizing property damage and fuel waste.
Communicate with dispatch and crew leads for updates, route changes, or safety issues.
Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment checks, report maintenance needs immediately.
Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Collaborate with team members on sites to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating heavy machinery to minimize risks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment is stored properly after use.
Comply with all DOT, company, and site-specific safety standards.
Experience Previous experience is required.
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred for heavy equipment or large truck operation).
Experience operating snowplows, skid steers, loaders, or similar machinery.
Must have reliable transportation to / from designated sites or dispatch locations.
Ability to work long or irregular hours during snow and ice events.
Proof of insurance and equipment condition for own truck.
