Responsibilities and duties (but are not limited to) :

Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom, bathing, care of mouth, shaving, skin, and hair)

Ambulation / transfers

Eating

Dressing / shaving

Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions.

Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments

Performs light housekeeping which includes (but not limited to) vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning bathroom.

Medication reminders

Incontinent care

Fall prevention

Must be able to lift 50 pounds consistently
