Summary

At Deel, the Senior Partnership Manager position is more than just a sales role its a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing team and make a direct impact. We're seeking high-performing, strategic partner leaders who can manage a larger portfolio of partners, working cross-functionally within our sales team, while serving as trusted partners to insurance broker partners.

As a member of the Venture team, youll partner with leadership to shape how we grow and scale this critical part of the business. Deel is investing heavily in the venture partner ecosystem, and your role will directly influence how we build and develop these partnerships.

You will build lasting relationships through in-person engagements such as partner dinners, lunches, sporting events, and other networking opportunities.

Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with venture partners to generate high-quality referrals and revenue opportunities.

Guide clients through strategic decisions , including product configurations, compliance needs, and workflow improvements.

Consistently meet or exceed quota , driving SQOs through broker-sourced opportunities.

Become a Deel product expert , delivering clear, tailored demos that educate partners.

Stay informed about the competitive landscape and position Deel effectively in every deal.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales development, and solutions teams to influence product development.

Meet with partners in person at least once or twice a month to deepen relationships and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Be an activation expert to quickly transition a new partner from signed to engaged and revenue-generating, ensuring the relationship starts strong and scales efficiently.

Requirements

You have 4+ years of experience in any form of partnership role.

You have a strong understanding of the venture capital landscape and are well-connected.

You are proficient in spoken and written English and have strong research skills.

You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that activate partners.

You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

You are an active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows.
