Quality Control / Assembly

1st shift-  8 AM- 4 : 30 PM overtime starts at 6am

Pay $19.50-$22.50

3 month contract to hire

Responsibilities :

  • Perform assembly tasks efficiently and accurately, following blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Perform detailed Quality Checks reviewing testing data to ensure compliance
  • Operate hand and power tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, safely and effectively.
  • Assemble product
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the assembly process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience performing small-part assembly under a microscope
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • 2-3 years of Quality Control experience
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation purposes
  • Pay Details : $19.50 to $22.50 per hour
