We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our office operations and assist clients with their insurance needs. Youll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining accurate records, and fostering strong client relationships. No prior insurance experience is required, but 1-3 years of office or administrative experience is preferred. Compensation includes a base salary of $18 - $20 per hour plus bonus opportunities.

  • Learn and utilize various insurance and office programs to support daily operations
  • Create and update records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure compliance with office policies
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and coworkers
  • Sort and distribute communications efficiently
  • Filing of office records
  • Schedule and organize meetings and appointments

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of office or administrative experience
