Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)

StartDate : 12 / 15 / 2025

Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $1908.75 - $2091.50

PT - Outpatient needed asap

The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Local Travelers are NOT accepted; candidates must have a taxable address at least 50 miles from facility.

At least 1 year of previous PT experience required

At least 1 travel contract completed - preferred

OP experience required, however, IP experience is encouraged due to working 1 day / week in Acute Care

EPIC experience

BLS

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist, Outpatient

Experience : 1 year

PT(Compact Accepted)

Certifications : BLS(Copy needed)

OR

Physical Therapist, Acute

SSN Required

DOB Required

Work History : Should not be more than 30 days of gap in

References : 1 Reference in entire work history

OP experience required, however, IP experience is encouraged due to working 1 day / week in Acute Care

Preferred Qualifications
