Registered Nurse – Days Shift : 3x12s | Days HumanEdge Health is

seeking an experienced Travel RN for a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC)

facility in Davenport, Iowa . This is a 13-week day shift

assignment, working 3x12s . As a vital part of the

interdisciplinary team, the RN will provide high-level care,

support recovery goals, and maintain a safe, compassionate

environment. Complete thorough nursing assessments within 8 hours

of admission Develop and manage individualized care plans Document

patient progress, interventions, and responses accurately and on

time Educate patients and families throughout the care process

Initiate discharge planning on admission and lead patient / family

teaching Collaborate with attending physicians and nursing

leadership regarding patient care Promote a safe work and patient

care environment Contribute positively to team morale and unit

functioning Provide charge RN duties as assigned Monitor supply

usage and contribute to cost-effective care Active RN license in

Iowa or compact state Minimum of 1 year of acute care, critical
