Cardiology physician job in Washington :

1.0 FTE role split between 0.5 FTE Director and 0.5 FTE Clinical | Swedish Heart & Vascular Institute | Salary is between $600,000 and $745,000 per year

Job Summary :

Swedish Medical Group is seeking a Cardiologist and Executive Medical Director to provide dual leadership in both clinical cardiology and strategic program development for the Swedish Heart & Vascular Institute (SHVI) in Seattle, Washington. As Executive Medical Director, the incumbent will lead the Cardiology Division, drive clinical innovation, and ensure the delivery of exceptional, evidence-based care. The role is instrumental in integrating cardiovascular services, advancing research, and supporting education and training programs. This position operates within a complex, interdisciplinary environment and plays a key role in aligning SHVIs goals with broader organizational strategies. Clinical Responsibilities :

0.5 FTE will be dedicated towards Cardiology clinical work within the Swedish Medical Center, Cherry Hill Campus.

Leadership & Administrative Responsibilities :

0.5 FTE will be dedicated towards Executive Medical Director / Administrative duties on-site at the Swedish Medical Center Cherry Hill Campus.
