About the role :

As an Intake Manager at KabaFusion, you will lead a team of intake representatives to ensure we have everything we need to bring patients on service. This will include commercial, private and government insurances along with acute and chronic therapies to include IVIg, TPN’s and antibiotics.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Direct the intake process by managing eligibility, authorization, changes in orders, negotiated rates, financial obligation documents and all necessary payor information for all services rendered by the company
  • Submit information to Contract Management and Business Development staff regarding contract issues as they affect revenue and sales. Notifies appropriate staff of changes in contract arrangements or updates in third party payer guidelines.
  • Participate in overall management of location by meeting with General Manager and other department managers to review operations, discuss and formulate resolutions to outstanding issues while maintaining and fostering an atmosphere of cooperation between departments.

As an Intake Manager, you bring :

  • Bachelor’s degree or education and experience to equal
  • 5+ years of billing or intake experience in an infusion, nursing or DME company
  • 3+ years of management or supervisory experience
