Seeking BE / BC Internal Medicine Physician for an established, multi-provider, adult, primary care practice, in pristine western Connecticut.

Position Details :

• 100% office-based, Outpatient Primary Care Adult Medicine (18+)
• Schedule : Full-time, weekdays only, ask about a 4-day work week option!
• Phone Call Only : averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight 2 months
• Access to Behavioral Health , High Risk Nurse Care Managers & Social Workers
• Efficient operations, 2.5 staff per physician including Nursing support and your own MA
• EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling and patient portal
