Utilities & Maintenance Supervisor your next position

Reporting to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager youll manage the facility maintenance required in our site for the equipment and building maintenance. You will also oversee external services versus in-house services and help accomplish projects.

This is an on site position based in our Carthage site Cincinnati OH location. This is a first-shift position.

In this exciting position youll...

Oversee the Facility Maintenance of the site including :

• Facility Equipment
• Boiler Operations
• HVAC
• Compressed Air
• Waste Water Treatment
• City Water
• Natural Gas
• Fire Protection Systems

Building maintenance

Manage External services versus in-house with Scheduler :

You will also lead and develop 1 Direct Report.
