Technical Writer

A company is looking for a Technical Writer - Product Documentation (Remote). Key Responsibilities Produce high-quality product documentation, release notes, and API documentation to guide customers Develop deep product knowledge through research and collaboration with subject matter experts Independently manage projects while tailoring documentation to meet audience needs Required Qualifications Experience with structured authoring methodologies and topic-based authoring Familiarity with DITA / XML and reusable information architecture Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Portfolio of writing samples that simplify complex technical subjects for intended audiences Passion for generative AI and familiarity with natural language processing and large language models
