Human Resources Manager

The Wilner Group has partnered with a multinational organization that serves every continent. They design and manufacture unique, critical-to-function components and subassemblies that enable their customers' larger systems in noble industries. Together we are searching for a Human Resources Business Manager to join their team at their Lincoln, RI location.

Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary HR Manager for the Lincoln office, supporting leaders and employees across all HR matters.
• Provide day-to-day guidance on talent management, performance management, employee relations, and engagement.
• Build strong, trusted relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Lead and manage benefits administration for U.S. employees.
• Oversee HR processes including onboarding, HR data management, reporting, and compliance.
• Partner with HR peers across Mexico, India, China, and Romania to align and strengthen HR practices globally.
• Serve as a role model, mentor, and trainer to build capability across the HR team.
• Support company-wide HR initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, and HRIS enhancements.
• Drive local engagement initiatives and recognition programs within the Lincoln office.
• Champion the company's core values, embedding them into the culture and daily operations.

Qualifications :

Compensation : $120k - $135k based on experience.
