Provide occupational therapy services within scope of practice

Successful Candidates :

Current, unencumbered Occupational Therapy Assistant license in CO required

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility a plus!

Employee must meet continue education requirements per state practices.

Must maintain a license in good standing at all time with the state board.

Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs such as Nethealth and Point Click Care.

Rate Range $33-$39 + Ongoing b onus plan offered based on productivity

• $5,000 Bonus paid : $1,000 paid after 90 days, $2,000 paid after 6 months & $2,000 paid after 12 months - bonus for full-time employees only
