• Bachelor's Degree
• 2-5 years of experience in any of the following : CNC Programming, Machining, Investment Casting or Quality Engineering
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with specification from the following : SAE, ASTM, MIL

Assesses supplier quality and drives process improvement to decrease product defects and ensure products are in compliance with manufacturing specifications and standards.
