Staff Accountant - Confidential Manufacturing Company

On-Site | DFW Area (76112) | Full-Time | $60K-$70K

A confidential manufacturing company in the Dallas-Fort Worth (76112) area is seeking a Staff Accountant to support its growing finance team. This full-time, salaried role reports to the Controller and is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This position is 100% on-site - no remote or hybrid options.Key Responsibilities :

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions
• Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly
• Monitor and analyze cost accounting data to ensure proper expense and production allocations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close
• Process weekly accounts payable and manage payment schedules
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and schedules
• Provide backup support to other accounting team members as needed

Schedule :

Monday-Thursday : 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 45 PM (45-minute lunch)
