Personal Lines Account Manager - Tuscaloosa, AL

Guided by our mission and values, the Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing existing personal lines accounts and supporting new business efforts. This role plays a key part in delivering prompt, high-quality service and developing lasting relationships with our clients.

Work Performed

• Manage personal lines accounts throughout the entire policy lifecycle, including new business, renewals, and mid-term changes
• Provide exceptional service to existing clients while supporting growth through inside / outside referrals
• Assist with coverage placement, risk evaluation, and recommending updates based on client needs
• Prepare and process policy documents including binders, ID cards, EOPs, and insurance summaries
• Handle client billing needs- invoice processing, reconciliation, and follow-up on outstanding items
• Answer incoming calls, greet walk-ins, and provide general support in a client-facing capacity
• Participate in client and carrier meetings as needed
