As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property value. Responsibilities :

• Manage a portfolio of properties, including residential, commercial units & HOA Communities
• Ensure all properties are well-maintained and comply with safety regulations
• Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance
• Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and rent collection processes
• Market and advertise vacant units to attract potential tenants
• Screen and select qualified tenants, perform background checks, and verify references
• Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements
• Monitor rental rates and stay updated on market trends
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and financial statements
