OVERVIEW :
SILTT is searching for a dynamic and highly motivated Network Operations Center (NOC) Change Planning Manager responsible for coordinating, governing, and continuously improving the end-to-end change management process across the 24x7x365 Network Operations environment. This role ensures that all network, infrastructure, and system changes are assessed, approved, scheduled, implemented, and reviewed in a controlled and auditable manner, minimizing operational risk and customer impact. The Change Planning Manager will serve as the chair of the Change Advisory Board (CAB), drive adherence to ITIL best practices, and maintain alignment between engineering, operations, facilities, and security teams to safeguard uptime and SLA compliance.
