Join the Publix Transportation Systems Development Team "Where Development is a Pleasure." Our team is growing, and we are looking for an Intermediate Software Engineer that wants to grow with us. This position will play a key role in the design, development, testing and implementation of Transportation systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, planning, development, and problem-solving skills, and excel at communicating effectively with management, peers, technology vendors, and business customers.

Job Responsibilities :

• Contribute to the design and develop enterprise-grade technology solutions with a focus on system performance, cross-system interdependence, stability, scalability, and usability.
• Utilize modern development methodologies with a cloud-first approach, incorporating CI / CD pipelines through Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
• Participate in application design and development meetings, employing both Agile and traditional methodologies.
• Create comprehensive documentation for technical design, system specifications, and desired test outcomes.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for production support.

Minimum Base Pay : 7,370

Maximum Base Pay : 11,050

Potential Annual Pay with Bonus : 95,810 - 143,650

Year End Bonus : As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month's extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.
