Job Summary

The Senior Director of Corporate Strategy plays a crucial role within the Corporate Strategy team, reporting directly to the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). This position is instrumental in defining and guiding the organization's long-term strategic vision. By integrating forward-looking market insights with practical strategy development and enterprise planning, the Senior Director will also oversee initiatives related to inorganic growth, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. Collaborating closely with functional and regional leaders, as well as the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), this role is essential in positioning the company to proactively respond to technological advancements, leverage emerging market opportunities, and maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

Strategic Insight & Market Intelligence

• Evolving Customer Needs : Continuously monitor and analyze shifts in enterprise and hyperscale customer requirements related to AI workloads, latency, security, and sustainability; translate these insights into actionable strategies for product development and market positioning
• Technology trends and competitor moves : Develop and maintain a dynamic intelligence framework to identify disruptive technologies, pricing strategies, partnership opportunities, and regulatory changes across various time horizons; present findings in concise briefs for senior leadership
• Market Modeling & Competitive Analysis : Oversee global supply-demand models for various markets, maintaining detailed insights into capacity, absorption rates, and pricing trends; benchmark competition and track evolving customer preferences to inform strategic decisions

Pay Range

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is : United States - NY1 New York City : 242,000 - 364,000 USD / Annual. Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training. The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
