Hours : 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., M–F, some evenings / weekends required

Position Summary

The Manager of Content & Creative Strategy leads Evangel University’s brand storytelling and creative execution across all channels. Working closely with the Vice President for Enrollment & Marketing, this role ensures consistency in messaging, design, storytelling, and content strategy. The manager defines WHAT we say about the University and its programs and HOW it is communicated visually and verbally, translating strategy into compelling campaigns. This role owns front-end SEO (headlines, copy, keyword integration) and works jointly with the Manager of Strategy & Analytics on Brightedge, ensuring Evangel’s digital presence drives engagement and enrollment. The manager also serves as the primary contact with Hampton Creative for design retainers and special campaign projects.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Collaboration with VP

• Partner with the VP to shape brand and messaging strategies, ensuring alignment with the President’s vision and institutional priorities.
• Provide updates and recommendations on creative priorities.
• Work with other Directors and Managers as assigned by the VP.
