Position Details : Full Time

Shift : 40 Hours a Week, 8 Hour Shifts

Job Summary :

• Evaluates, administers and directs administration of therapeutic procedures utilized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as prescribed by a referring practitioner.
• Establishes goals of occupational therapy and re-assesses patient's progress at regular, timely intervals, supporting findings with appropriate documentation, under supervision of Director of Rehabilitation.
• Patients need care 24 / 7 and facility employees must be available to provide that care.
• Employees are to care for patients regardless of the patient's personal characteristics.
