Build and maintain strong partnerships with clinical and community stakeholders. Represent CHCP at professional, community, and campus events. Master’s Degree in Nursing required; Doctorate preferred. Active RN license in Texas. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in nursing or higher education. Demonstrated expertise in teaching, curriculum development, and program evaluation. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
