The Project Engineer is a key role, responsible for managing the technical and financial aspects of assigned projects. The Project Engineer coordinates testing, sample / data collection, subcontractor tasks, evaluates data and compiles written reports for submittal to clients and regulatory agencies. The person needs to be reliable (responsibilities, tardiness, etc.) and have a good work]. The ideal candidate is a reliable, trustworthy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment where both collaboration and autonomy are valued.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Required to drive, stand, walk, use hands to type, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance, talk, and hear. Body motions and movements include : bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, pulling, kneeling, lifting, carrying, and pushing.
• Lifting and / or moving up to ten pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to twenty-five pounds.
• This job is in Florida, with exposure to intense sun, intense heat, humidity, rain, thunderstorms, and other adverse weather conditions.
• Job site conditions may or may not be accessible by vehicle and can include wetlands, swamps, grasslands, and fields with uneven surfaces, sand, brush, and other natural and man-made obstacles.
• This job is primarily and regularly exposed to outside weather conditions and construction sites where the noise level is usually moderate to loud.
