job_description.job_card.job_descriptionHandle high volume inbound calls. Outbound calls if depending on department needs. Provide accurate information to the patient and or the healthcare provider Assist callers with information and status of their application Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for caller Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller Must be able to multi task between several internal system programs Follow company policies and procedures Must have a quiet location in home to work. Healthcare experience a plus Previous experience with high-volume calls - Good communication skills (verbal and written) Computer proficient (able to learn new software and navigate multiple screens) High School Diploma or GED

Position : REMOTE- Healthcare Call Center Support Representative
Pay : $16 / Hr.+ Weekly pay and full-time hours.
Projected Start Date : November 2025
Schedule : Will be assigned an 8-Hr. Shift M-F between 8a-8p EST. (MUST BE ABLE TO ACCEPT ANY SHIFT)
MUST BE AN ALABAMA RESIDENT

Requirements : MUST HAVE 1year or more of RECENT Call Center Experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)
