Job Title : Senior Recruiter – Fashion Industry

Location : Beverly Hills, CA (Fully Onsite)

Salary : $110,000 – $130,000 DOE

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with strong fashion industry recruiting experience, particularly in creative-based roles. This individual will drive full-cycle recruiting efforts, working closely with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for creative and non-creative roles within the fashion industry

Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements

Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality pipeline of talent

Manage candidate experience from initial contact through offer and onboarding

Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent

Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to leadership

Qualifications :

5+ years of proven recruiting experience specifically in the fashion industry

Proven experience recruiting for creative-based roles

Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting best practices

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills
