Producer

We're looking for a Producer to help bring our projects to life by connecting the right talent, managing workflows, and supporting teams across Creative, Account, Project Management, Design, and Legal. You'll be involved throughout the creative process, helping shape ideas, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Day-to-day, you'll manage projects of different scope sizes independently, support your cross-discipline teams, and guide junior team members when needed.

The right person is organized, adaptable, and resourceful, with strong connections across creative disciplines like editing, animation, design, illustration, and more. You're culturally tuned in, aware of trends in art, music, and film, and always looking for ways to elevate the craft in every project. Your goal is to combine creative thinking and practical project management to deliver high-quality, engaging work on time and on budget.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Project Oversight : Support the end-to-end production process, working alongside agency producers from concept through delivery. This includes coordinating a wide range of contentfilm, photography, digital media, experiential activationsas well as projects that involve apparel, hardware / software, retail spaces, CPG products, and other creative outputs.
  • Documentation : Prepare clear and complete specifications for each project and ensure pre-production materials are thorough and accurate, serving as a reliable roadmap for everyone involved.
  • Cross-Team Coordination : Serve as the main point of contact across departmentscreative, design, account, and project managementwhile collaborating with external production partners. Provide guidance on areas such as animation, photography, studio services, video production, editing, digital assets, and physical fabrication.
  • Partner Network : Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and creative partners. Source, vet, negotiate, and manage a roster of skilled collaborators to help deliver high-quality work.
  • Scope & Budget : Assist in defining project scope, timelines, and budgets in partnership with internal teams and external partners. Track progress, anticipate changes, and communicate updates clearly to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
  • Quality & Standards : Contribute to maintaining and elevating the quality of our work by recommending top talent, identifying new craftsmanship opportunities, and suggesting innovative approaches to mediums or processes.
  • Compliance & Legal : Work closely with Business Affairs to handle production-related legal and compliance requirements, including risk assessments, documentation, and post-project reconciliations.
