Manages and coordinates in-house A / V productions for the company within the company brand framework. Oversee a creative team that produces / directs live streaming of high-profile meetings and events for the company. This role will manage production schedules and budgets to ensure high-quality deliverables.Responsibilities include building a team and defining technology resources from the ground floor.
JOB DUTIES
- Responsible for hiring, coaching, training, and performance management of staff.
- Frequently interacts with reporting supervisors, customers, and / or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas or customers.
- Responsible for the management of subordinate staff within a department. Typically has individual contributors as direct reports but could have supervisory direct reports. Has full responsibility for direct reports.
- Generally, provides input to budgeting and financial decisions that impact the department. Requests approval for financial actions beyond a limited scope.

Oversees A / V and live streaming production of high-profile meetings such as Board of Directors, Employee Summit, and Innovation Summit for the companyOversees day-to-day operations of the video production departmentManages and oversees video pre-production planning and on-site production activities for internal customersOversees a team that delivers high quality visually appealing products on time and within budgetAnticipates and responds to needs and requests from internal customersMay supervise additional staff during video and live streaming productionEnsures all projects are on scheduleIdentifies best practices for video / live streaming and evolves daily operations as necessaryOversees video collection to ensure all media is archived appropriately and can be readily obtainedExcellent organization, planning, and communication skillsA collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needsAbility to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesMust be a self-starter who can build a team and resources from the ground upREQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Requires minimum 8 years job related work experience and 2 years in a leadership role in excess of degree requirements. Minimum years of job-related experience can include time in leadership roles.Requires extensive knowledge of shooting and editing videoRequires demonstrated skill with video editing platformsRequires extensive knowledge of video production and associated equipmentPrefer experience with live streaming productionsEDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree : Radio / Television / Film, Communications, or related field (Required)or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is requiredWORK LOCATION - Austin, TX :

Expected Salary Range :
