Learning & Development Specialist
The Learning & Development Specialist supports the execution of training programs that empower employees across the Retail Network and other bank functions. This hands-on role is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating learning experiences that enhance customer experience, branch controls & compliance, and sales capabilities. This individual will work closely with Retail leaders, L&D team members, and internal subject matter experts to drive knowledge transfer and skill development.
