About the Role

We are on the lookout for a Head of Information Security who is passionate about our mission to leverage AI for better health outcomes. In this pivotal role, you will lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive global security strategy aimed at application security, regulatory compliance, and security operations. Your leadership will be vital in shaping the information security roadmap, architecting robust security programs, and safeguarding the company’s digital and operational landscape. You will helm security incident responses, engage in security audits, and play a key role in continuously refining our security policies to adhere to industry-leading practices.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a minimum of 10 years of experience in cultivating and guiding security teams, with extensive knowledge across all dimensions of cybersecurity. Strong leadership skills, exceptional communication, and a proactive security mindset are crucial. Experience with security frameworks (ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST CSF) and a successful history in navigating security audits and certifications are mandatory. A background in digital health, insights into high-security environments, and prior experience in high-growth companies will set you apart. Professional security certifications, alongside a solid understanding of ITIL and EMR systems, are strongly preferred.
