About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Virtual Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional support and solving inquiries with efficiency and empathy. This is an hourly, full-time position, conducted remotely, and requires a high level of professionalism, communication skills, and proficiency in English.

What You'll Do

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues while providing accurate information about our products and services.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in our customer relationship management system (CRM).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed and resolved effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products, services, and policies.
  • Proactively engage with customers to foster positive long-term relationships and satisfaction.
  • Adhere to established company processes and meet performance metrics, including response time and satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote capacity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • High level of empathy, patience, and attention to detail.
  • Access to a quiet and professional remote working environment with a stable internet connection.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and support platforms is a plus.
  • The pay range for this role is :

    22.17 - 36.19 USD per hour(Remote (West Valley City, Utah, US))
