Potential for additional responsibilities working with drumline, teaching percussion methods, or other courses in the applicant's areas of expertise.

Job Description :

Job Summary : The SVSU Department of Music seeks a part-time instructor to teach a medium-sized studio of percussion students and direct the SVSU Percussion Ensemble. Potential for additional responsibilities working with drumline, teaching percussion methods, or other courses in the applicant's areas of expertise.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Master's Degree in percussion performance or related field.
  • Experience providing college-level percussion instruction
  • Experience and ability to positively interact with a diverse campus community.
  • Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodations.
