Responsibilities :

• Lead and guide a team within AR, ensuring alignment with departmental goals
• Supervise daily operations and monitor team performance against month-end close timelines
• Partner with the team lead to delegate tasks, align priorities, and maintain workflow coverage
• Train, coach, and mentor team members, providing timely and constructive feedback
• Clearly communicate expectations, objectives, and departmental mission to all team members
• Ensure adherence to company and departmental policies and procedures
• Promote collaborative thinking and encourage self-sufficient work habits
• Identify and resolve operational issues, including internal conflicts and customer concerns
• Contribute to the development, documentation, and refinement of scalable processes
• Maintain strong internal communication across all levels of the team and leadership
• Step in to execute tasks when needed due to absences or workload spikes
• Support ongoing centralization efforts and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure data integrity and logical structure in Excel-based reporting and analysis
• Perform other duties that contribute to the overall success of the department
