We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Administrator to join our Customer Support team. What You'll Do

  • Input, update, and maintain accurate data records in company systems.
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and inconsistencies.
  • Respond to internal team queries regarding data, providing timely updates as needed.
  • Organize and manage digital files to ensure ease of access for customer support teams.
  • Conduct periodic audits of data systems to identify and rectify errors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data processes with business needs.
  • Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality standards while managing sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in a remote work environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other common software tools for data management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support processes and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
  • The pay range for this role is :

    21.90 - 33.11 USD per hour(Remote (Corpus Christi, Texas, US))
