A new season is here, and so is a brand-new Treetop ABA clinic ! We’re looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help shape our new location and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. This hybrid role offers a mix of in-clinic and remote work , giving you flexibility while keeping you connected to your clients and community.

Your Role

• Design & Implement ABA Plans : Develop personalized therapy plans that create real, measurable impact
• Conduct Assessments & Track Progress : Use data to guide meaningful client outcomes
• Lead & Mentor Behavior Technicians : Inspire and support your team with coaching and expertise
• Partner with Families : Collaborate with caregivers to set goals, celebrate successes, and build trust
• Hybrid Caseload : Enjoy the perfect blend of in-clinic and remote work
