Key Responsibilities Oversee enterprise accounting and financial reporting for clients, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements Manage client relationships and the accounting department, including onboarding and policy approval processes Develop and mentor finance and accounting team members while identifying opportunities for business growth Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required 7+ years of combined Finance and Accounting experience in a fast-paced environment 5+ years of Life Sciences experience Exceptional leadership and team management skills Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel
