Associate Program Manager
As an Associate Program Manager, you'll oversee sponsorship and event management, fundraising strategies, and donor relations at NFX. You'll be responsible for all project management aspects for the annual fundraiser, beNeFit. Key responsibilities include the annual beNeFit auction, coordinating with the events management team, maintaining donor relationships, executing social media initiatives, and supporting overall program operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or foundation / non-profit management or equivalent degree / work experience
- Experience in fundraising and events
- Experience in a non-profit or foundation environment
- Creative problem-solving skills
About the Role
Responsible for sponsorship and event management including sponsor benefits, marketing material management, fundraising solicitation, and technical supportExecute on the fundraising strategy for all donor types including leveraging relationships with vendors to maintain a $10M+ revenue streamResponsible for regular reporting on fundraising to the board, founders, vendors, and other leadersSupport leadership in the development of the fundraising strategy for beNeFitWork closely with the operations management to ensure the event planning needs and operations of NFX function hand in hand as a complete set of processesResponsible for the annual beNeFit auction with duties including item solicitation, collection, and documentation e.g., photographing items, editing certificates, descriptions, values, etc.; function as NFX's representative in event planning when working with the events team, manage the auction site and software, and coordinate with auction winnersResponsible for the coordination of event planning with the events management teamParticipates in research to help identify candidates for gala honoreesResponsible for the coordination of video assets with video production vendor for approval and run of showMaintain a suite of highly customized document templates to enhance communication with donorsResponsible for the RSVP management and seating chart for the eventMaintain donor relationships pertaining to beNeFitResponsible for the execution and metric tracking of social media initiatives for NFXManage the relationship with the auction software vendor, including software needs, on-site coordination, auction planning and executionPlan and execute content changes on NFX website related to beNeFitProject manage the annual Shine A Light on NF campaign in conjunction with Bedrock and the Children's Tumor FoundationProvide additional support to program managers, other leadership staff and special projects as neededProvide documents, reports, presentations for NFX board leadership pertaining to benefit as neededAbout You
