Client Project Opportunity Pay Rate :

  • $50 - $65 We are supporting a federal client project and seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer.
  • This role requires advanced technical expertise in building and scaling enterprise solutions with Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate, as well as experience leading teams in secure, agile delivery environments.
  • The selected candidate will provide technical oversight, set development standards, and ensure best practices are applied across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as technical lead for Power Platform development, including code reviews, DevSecOps practices, and establishing branch / release strategies.
  • Architect, design, and implement model-driven Power Apps solutions integrated with Dataverse.
  • Build and maintain advanced workflows and automations in Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with project leadership and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers, drive adoption of coding best practices, and support team performance reviews.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues, ensure application security / compliance, and contribute to deployment planning.

    • Required Certification :

  • Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate Preferred Additional Certifications : Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900+) Power Platform App Maker Associate Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Work Authorization Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
