We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and management of a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. The Event Coordinator will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly.

Job : On site

Location : Minneapolis, MN

Pay Range : $900 - $1250 per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage event plans from conception to completion.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Manage budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reported accurately.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to secure services and negotiate contracts.
  • Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all timelines are met.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with event planning software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
