Pay : $39.85 - $68.53 (qualification and experience pending) Educational Leader Allowance $2.68 per hour additional

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart youll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe review and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. Youll deepen the teams understanding of child development and early years content guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team youll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Experienced Leadership - Our passionate Centre Leadership Team brings over 45 years of combined experience. With a dedicated Centre Director Assistant Director and Educational Leader youll be supported by mentors who are committed to guiding inspiring and empowering their team.
