Treatment Planning and Management : Prescribe, oversee, and adjust medications, therapies, and other interventions targeting sleep disorders. Educate patients on lifestyle changes and sleep hygiene to enhance treatment outcomes. Follow-Up and Monitoring : Track patient progress and coordinate specialist referrals when indicated. Ensure patient records are meticulously documented and current. Patient Advocacy and Support : Respond to patient inquiries and provide support throughout their care journey. Must possess a valid NP license in Virginia Prior experience in sleep medicine or related disciplines is a plus. Demonstrated excellence in clinical assessment and diagnostics. Outstanding communication and team collaboration abilities. A strong dedication to patient-first healthcare. Proven capability to thrive in a team-based healthcare setting. Opportunity Overview :
In the role of a full-time Nurse Practitioner at TNI, you will be instrumental in assessing, diagnosing, and managing sleep disorders in our patients. You will work synergistically with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, sleep technologists, and administrative staff, to deliver top-tier care to boost sleep health and overall patient wellness.
Core Duties :
- Patient Assessment and Evaluation :
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and sleep-focused evaluations.
Create and execute tailored treatment plans that address individual patient needs and conditions.
Schedule and manage follow-up visits to evaluate treatment success and modify plans as necessary.
Deliver care with empathy and compassion, supporting patients and their families.
