Our client an early-stage fast-paced startup is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to join their growing team and help elevate their hiring engine during a pivotal stage of growth! The Role : Recruiting Coordinator (Contract)

The City : San Diego CA (Onsite)

The Money : $35$40 / hour

The Ideal Candidate : Personable. Organized. Proactive. Must have at least 1 years of RC experience and must have ATS experience (Ashby is a plus!).

The Day-to-Day :

• Coordinate interviews across teams and time zones ensuring a smooth thoughtful candidate journey from outreach to onsite.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring workflows in the ATS while staying ahead of updates changes and scheduling needs.
• Serve as a responsive welcoming point of contact for candidates throughout each stage of the process.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage pipeline activity anticipate scheduling demands and prioritize shifting needs.
• Support onsite interviews by greeting candidates preparing materials and ensuring each visit is seamless and professional.
