Manager of Product Development Wovens

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager of Product Development Wovens to join our Lifestyle division, supporting iconic brands including IZOD, Buffalo, and Merrell. This individual will lead the product development process from initial concept through order placement, ensuring product integrity, margin targets, and calendar adherence.

Product Development Management :

• Oversee the full development lifecycle from concept to order placement for woven products across multiple brands.
• Collaborate with overseas offices to re-engineer styles, offering cost-effective options that maintain design integrity and meet margin requirements.
• Create and manage buy charts and purchase order creation (POC) charts, ensuring timely issuance of factory POs through international partners.
• Lead garment and trim approvals during development phase, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards.
• Drive cross functional weekly team meetings on development status and approval status to ensure deliverables are met for calendar.
• PLM system experience : management of line sheets and vendor allocation.

Salary Range : $85,000 $100,000

Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
