Pay

RN : $37.00 – $40.00 / hour

LPN : $27.00 – $30.00 / hour

About the Role

Regency Home HealthCare is currently hiring a Licensed RN or LPN to join our care team for a private-duty pediatric client in St. Paul, MN. This position offers flexibility and the chance to work in a supportive, small-team environment.

As an RN or LPN in this role, you'll work one-on-one with a pediatric client who has high medical needs in a home setting. If you're looking for meaningful, hands-on experience with a medically complex individual—and the ability to build strong relationships while caring for clients—this opportunity is for you!

What You'll Do

Provide direct care to a medically complex pediatric client in their home

Monitor client condition and report assessments to supervisors and physicians

Administer medications and medical treatments as prescribed

Manage tracheostomy, G-tube, and / or ventilator care (if trained)

Support client’s physical, mental, and emotional health

Coordinate and follow up on medical appointments

Maintain and track inventory of supplies, medications, and equipment

Help foster a positive, safe, and professional home care environment

Requirements :

REQUIRED : Active RN or LPN license in the state of Minnesota

REQUIRED : Current CPR certification

HIGHLY PREFERRED : Experience with home care, ventilators, trach care, or G-tubes

HIGHLY PREFERRED : Experience in pediatrics

Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
