Real Estate Closer / Funder responsible for the specific duties listed below :

• Ordering final verifications of employment prior to closing.
• Ordering final homeowners insurance policies for closing.
• Reviewing loan files, title reports, fees, and related documents to prepare home mortgage loan documents.
• Reviewing signed mortgage loan documents for accuracy.
• Packaging recording instruments for Title and providing direction on when to record.
• Assisting with opening new loan files.
• Organizing documents within a virtual loan file.

Pay Rate Range : $24.00 - $25.00 an hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
