Production Operator Job Details Location : Westfield, IN Schedule : Tuesday – Friday | 9 : 30 AM – 8 : 00 PM Pay Rate : $19 / hour Position Type : Temp with Intent to Hire About the Production Operator Role Crown Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Production Operator to join a manufacturing team in Westfield, IN. This role involves operating machinery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient production processes. Candidates should be experienced in manufacturing environments and confident working with various production equipment. Key Responsibilities -Complete all training to achieve Operator Level 1 certification -Accept and verify production materials for accuracy (lot numbers, quantities, -Load canisters, labels, and coffee mix into machinery according to production standards -Operate checkweigher, metal detector, and inkjet equipment -Conduct pre-operation inspections and monitor machine status / error indicators -Fill out shift quality control documents accurately and submit on time -Clean workstations and prepare for the next shift -Maintain daily production goals and efficiency standards -Follow all internal operating procedures and food safety regulations Requirements -3+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility -Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office -High School Diploma or GED -Experience with production machinery -Food manufacturing experience preferred -Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices is a plus Next Steps Thank you for your interest in the Production Operator position!
